1. Acceptance of Terms

Force Retail provides a comprehensive commerce platform including subscriptions, memberships, ecommerce stores, rentals, tours/booking, events management, payment plans, and the Mi Toko consumer marketplace. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Force Retail reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the platform. Force Retail reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Force Retail or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if Force Retail or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
